Position: Senior Kitchen & Bespoke Furniture Architect/Designer
Location: Studio-based, Ireland

At Dunvara, we believe that exceptional design transforms spaces and enhances everyday living. We are looking for a Senior Kitchen & Bespoke Furniture Architect/Designer to join our dynamic and high-performing team.

This senior role demands technical excellence, creative vision, and a deep understanding of kitchen and bespoke furniture design. Working closely with the Creative Director and Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in design development, client engagement, and project execution, ensuring every project reflects precision, innovation, and craftsmanship.

Important:
Candidates must be currently residing in Ireland and legally permitted to work in the country.
This is a studio-based role with no remote work option.
Relocation assistance is not provided.
Training is provided, but candidates must have very strong IT skills.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of bespoke kitchens and furniture, from concept to final execution.
Work closely with clients, suppliers, and fabricators to ensure designs meet both functional and aesthetic needs.
Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D renders, and visual presentations for client approvals.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Oversee material selection, finishes, and production processes to uphold craftsmanship and quality.
Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring innovative solutions to projects.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, supporting their professional development.

Requirements:

Must be currently residing in Ireland and legally permitted to work in the country.
Extensive experience in kitchen design, bespoke furniture design, or architectural interiors.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, ArtiCAD and SketchUp
Deep understanding of materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes for high-end custom furniture.
Design-led, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to execute complex projects seamlessly.
Excellent communication skills – ability to collaborate with clients, directors, and project teams.
A passion for design, craftsmanship, and delivering outstanding client experiences.
